RETURNS & REFUNDS
Love your Lewks? That's awesome! If not, no worries! We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Here's how to make a return:
Return Window: You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please keep this in mind for the return process. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $25 NZD and $60 NZD. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Sale items can be returned, however, we will only issue a store credit.
Returns:
- Full priced items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached for a full refund.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for a 50% store credit of your original order value (no refunds).
- Sale items for faulty or damaged goods upon arrival, must be emailed through to our customer service team at info@lewks.co.nz with photo's attached for a store credit of the same value.
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email info@lewks.co.nz and indicate which items you want to return or exchange. We will send you the return instructions right away.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that all purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policy outlined above.
