Shipping and Tracking:
Lewks orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days once it has been processed, this usually takes 1-3 business days on our end. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can stalk your package's journey to your doorstep.
If your order hasn't arrived after 5-10 business days, sit tight for an extra 3 days before contacting our customer service team. There may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but we'll do our best to track down your package.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please email info@lewks.co.nz and indicate which items you want to return or exchange. We will send you the return instructions right away.
Absolutely! We want you to love your Lewks, so you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all the tags still on.
Payment:
All payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.
We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards to make shopping at Lewks a breeze.
Products
We want you to love what you see and what you get. We strive to ensure our product photos accurately represent the colours of our garments. While our online colour palette is close to the real thing, there may be slight variations due to different monitor settings and internet browsers. So, rest assured, the colours you see online are a pretty good representation of what you'll receive in your package.
